Aloha and E Komo Mai (welcome) to our Surf Hale! Family owned for decades this oceanfront Surf Hale has never been rented before! We welcome you to enjoy the ocean breeze with the beach and waves right at your fingers tips while enjoying the views of our neighbor islands Lanai and Kaho'olawe. This 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath property is located in the highly sought after Puamana Community and is the perfect place for your next Maui Adventure!

The Space:
Enjoy all that Maui has to offer with our beach front location! Welcome to Puamana 272-4!

WOW is what you will say as you enter this property and soak in the truly incredible views of the ocean and neighbor islands. This Surf Hale is as close to the beach as it gets. Grab your favorite swimsuit or trunks and in a matter of steps you will be in the water! From December to April enjoy the seasonal migration of Humpback Whales. Some of the best whale watching you can do will be right on your own lanai!

272-4 features three bedrooms all located on the second floor. The primary bedroom features large windows to enjoy the spectacular Ocean View with king size bed and en suite bathroom.

Both guest bedrooms have incredible views of the West Maui Mountains! The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has two twin size beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom located just outside the door.

The living room is equipped with a flatscreen tv and access to your beach front lanai. Island views of Lanai and Kaho'olawe while relaxing ocean front make this a choice place to relax. This fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need to enjoy cooking at home. Enjoy al fresco dining on the lanai with seating for the whole family.

New sliding doors and windows windows allow you to enjoy the indoor/outdoor lifestyle of Hawaii. The downstairs is cooled by the world famous Hawaii tradewinds while all three bedrooms upstairs have their own AC.

About the Community:
We’re grateful to share that 130 properties, including this beautiful home on Puamana’s south shore, were spared from the Lahaina Fire. Maui County has cleared this area for access, and all utilities, including water, sewer, cable TV and internet. Everything has been rigorously tested by the EPA, ensuring they are safe and fully operational. Please see last photo that shows an aerial view of Puamana.

Puamana is a 30 acre gated community that includes lots of open green spaces and almost a mile of coastline with a great beach nestled right in the middle. Guests can enjoy the use of the Dolphin Pool. The summer season brings fun waves to try out your surfing or body boarding skills and in the winter the ocean is calm for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing.

Historic Lahaina: While Lahaina rebuilds, the spirit of aloha is alive and well, with plenty of open local restaurants and activities nearby. Mala Wharf is open for boat excursions (rafts) and at the North End of Front Street local favorites Star Noodle, Mala Ocean Tavern, Honu Oceanside, Aloha Mixed Plate and Coco Deck Lahaina are all open. Safeway and Foodland farms are both an easy 10 minute drive away making getting supplies a breeze. In addition to the nearby restaurants and amenities in Lahaina, you can enjoy shopping, dining, activities, and more just 15 minutes north in the world-famous Ka'anapali resort area. From beachfront dining to luxury shops, Ka'anapali offers something for everyone.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

The streets are quiet and safe, usually dominated by bicycles rather than cars. With an enforced speed limit of 10mph, you can relax and know that your children are safe. This home is truly perfect for kids of all ages and the perfect gathering spot for your paradise getaway.

Kitchen: Dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, grill, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, utensils and flatware.

Lanai: gas BBQ Grill and a dining table that seats six people.

Hit the Beach: Provided in the home are beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and cooler.

Entertainment: cable & WiFi

Activities: Beach front location perfect for all your water sport activities.

Safety Features: smoke detectors, dead bolt lock, fire extinguisher and exterior lighting.

General amenities: ACs in all three bedrooms, washing machine and clothes dryer, internet, cable, all linens provided, iron and board and hair dryer. *Please note there is no AC on the first floor*

A little slice of paradise!

Our family of 6 stayed at Caitlin & Brandon’s ocean front condo in Lahaina and we had an amazing experience! The accommodations were bright, airy and had a fully equipped kitchen - which was perfect for cooking our own meals.The wifi worked well and we never had any issues even with all 6 of us using it. The beds were comfortable and each room had an air conditioning wall unit that kept the rooms cool. Our family loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the views and the sound of the waves each morning and watching the gorgeous sunsets in the evening. The condo came with several beach blankets, towels, sand toys and a backpack cooler to use at the beach. There was a private beach for community members which was a short walking distance from our lanai. This was the perfect place to boogie board, SUP and surf. We also had a fun visit by a local seal on the beach. :) There were 3 different pools within the community to use and one which was right next to the ocean. The condo community is located on the south end of Lahaina, taking 5 mins to drive into town. Caitlin also had a Nissan Pathfinder to rent (which we did) and it was perfect for our whole family! Caitlin was so incredibly attentive from the moment we booked our stay. She was excellent with communication and answering all questions we had prior to our arrival. Once we arrived, she continued to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our visit! Mahalo Caitlin & Brandon, for such an enjoyable time in your condo!
