“The property is located just a few minutes from Carlsbad Village. The beach is in walking distance. The hotel offers bicycles, beach chairs and towel. They also have a shuttle that can take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. We enjoyed the spa where we had a couples massage. All the employees from the front desk to the wait staff and room attendants were so nice. We had a balcony with a view of the pool and the ocean. It was so peaceful and relaxing! ”

“Didn’t see any staff accept front desk - no one came by to see if we needed more towels or anything but there was a card with someone to call if we needed anything .., the smoke alarm went off cooking breakfast called from desk they said they would send maintenance the alarm went off for about 15 min no one EVER came glad there wasn’t a fire.., the room was older I have stayed at other locations that were much nicer .., there was rust on some of the silverware.., there was no where to discard...

“Vanessa at the front desk as great, the room was very clean, the jacuzzi was clean. The guys driving around in golf carts saw me and my girlfriend carrying all of our luggage and didn’t stop to see if we needed anything. Other than that, the layout of the resort is pretty bad with zero signs anywhere. Self parking is expensive and in a dirt lot. Won’t be back.”
