“This is the perfect place to stay and were it not closing in the near future, we would most certainly return. Jackie, her mum, Jackie's two little helpers and Milo all made us feel very welcome. The rooms are lovely and the lounge is wonderfully welcoming. The evening meals are just superb (and excellent value at £33 per head) and we wished we were staying longer. “Host was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and provided lots of useful information. It was next to another shepheard’s but you still had plenty of privacy. The garden area was spacious and the hot tub was amazing! The hut itself was very cosy and toasty when the log burner was on. The bed was comfortable. The shower was warm and powerful. The kitchen area had everything you needed. Sleeping under the stars was amazing and we had great views both nights! You are about an hours walk away to...
