Great for anglers wanting convenience and parking
Stayed for a fishing event on Cherokee. Was great location with plenty of parking. Place was clean. Master shower might be an issue for a big person. Water hose might be needed by a live bait group.

Striped Bass fishing trip
Stayed 5 nights for a fishing trip on Cherokee Reservoir.Fishing was great, rental was clean and well equipped and hosts were very friendly and helpful.Completely enjoyed the trip.

Beautiful clean property!!
This house is definitely one of the cleanest/cutest houses that we have stayed in. We were in town for a family wedding and this location worked out great! The house is decorated so cute and the kids absolutely loved the play room with lots of entertainment for them. Plenty of parking right next to the house. The property owners were very responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in town!!!

Clean and Quiet Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location wasn't far from anything we needed, worked out great for us to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Listing accuracy
The home looks just as it does in the photos. Very nice and clean. Great beds, the kids loved the game room. But they really enjoyed the large floor checkers game. Great yard space for our dog. The owners are very quick to respond if you have any questions. We were celebrating our father‘s 92nd birthday. It was very nice to be away from home, but still feels like home. The home is also handicap accessible, which was great for my father-in-law It is very close to shopping centers and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great memory. Great Place to Stay
These facilities were excellent. It was very clean, had good comfy beds, kitchen very well stocked, TVs and internet was good. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to come and then visit with family in the area for Christmas. We will definitely check it out again on our next visit.

Too Little Time
My niece and I did not spend much time at the house due to meetings and appointments. But it was wonderful to go back to a comfortable house in the evenings to relax and discuss the day’s events. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals, rest and relax. We would love to stay here when we return in the future. The hosts readily responded to any questions and were very helpful.

A phenomenal property nestled in picturesque America
The listing does not do this property justice. While the pictures are very accurate of the interior it does not describe the scenic back drop or immaculate condition of the home. David was very commucative and responsive ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. If I could give the hosts and this property more than 5 stars I definitely would. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in America's heartland, BOOK NOW!! You won't regret this stay. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic relaxing stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. The owner did a really nice job of renovating the house. Everything was new from one end to the other. The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood. I loved sitting out there on the porch and reading in the morning time. I would definitely return there as well as recommend it to others.

Perfect Location, Perfect Place
This place has everything you need! It is conveniently located and has plenty of room to park your boat & vehicles. The house is beautifully updated. There is a bonus game/dining room. The bunk bed room is fantastic for multiple kids. Brand new furnishings in the living room. We stayed for 4 nights with our handicapped 13 year old son. He had no problems since the house has a spacious ramp leading onto the front deck. There is good open space inside the house as well. We took our tritoon and there was plenty of room to park it & our truck. The house is located very close to a marina and several boat launches. And it is only about a 45-60 minute drive down to the Gatlinburg area if you want a day off the lake. But Cherokee Lake is HUGE!! AND BEAUTIFUL!! The owners are so nice & helpful! This cute cottage is the perfect country lake getaway! I cannot wait to book it again!

Cozy and Comfortable
We were a group of siblings attending a family reunion. It was a cozy place to meet at on the evenings to relax and catch up in a smaller group. The host was great, the place was well supplied, the process was easy and we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet Place to Rest, Relax and Unwind
We recently stayed at this house while visiting relatives in the area. David and Georgia are excellent hosts and they were quick to respond to any questions that we had. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and a nice supply of starter supplies were provided. Stores are close by which made picking up anything we needed for our stay easy. The master king bed was very comfortable. Our grandkids loved the game room and they loved being able to play Pacman and air hockey. We will definitely be back!

Even better than the pictures
My stay at this vacation rental in Bean station, Tennessee with my family was unforgettable. The location is approximately 45 minutes from Pigeon forge and about an hour from Gatlinburg. There's wonderful lakes and rivers and mountains with waterfalls and beautiful drives with amazing scenery all around. The amenities at the location was even more than I expected with a table that converts to an air hockey table and table tennis, there is a cozy artificial fireplace that will warm the space up almost immediately. A neat fire pit in the back. All the dishes and cooking utensils that you could need. Appliances were top notch. Everything was great quality. Very comfortable. I couldn't say enough about how impressed I was.

If there were 6 star ratings this plave would get a 7...absolutely gorgeous with everything one needs to enjoy a vacation. Close to the marina for boating or fishing...huge back porch to enjoy the quiet & scenery plus all of the aromas from the bbq-ing...truly the BEST EXPERIENCE.

guys fishing trip
We could not have been happier with the accommodations. We cooked in every night, the kitchen was very well appointed. The location was minutes from the marina and dockage. David and Georgia were great to work with.
