“The hotel itself is nice, but it doesn’t make up for the poor experience. So many issues. First off there is no one working the desk after 5pm (and open again at 9am). We checked in after 5pm and there wasn’t even a sign telling us what to do. I finally called and was redirected to a neighboring hotel. Had to drive over there to get checked in. “Outstanding! Resort was beautiful with lots of amenities. It’s like they thought of everything! Staff were very helpful and friendly! The gym was nice with plenty of equipment. The rooftop pool was so nice with great views and lounge chairs. Good food and drinks at the Apres Pendry restaurant. The boutique in the lobby was cute. “The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!”

“Peaceful views from kitchen/dining area. Balcony larger then it looks in photos. Large spacious open living/kitchen area. King room-comfortable bed/bedding. 2nd room fits 5. This room has beautiful view of trees and creek. Location is quiet. 6 min drive into Park City, 15 min drive to Jordanelle State Park ( lake ). The property is in a quiet neighborhood. Be aware that the garage is low. If you have a large truck it won’t fit. Parking around property is limited. A trailer w toys won’t fit...
