Baite a Bearsville

“Thank you. What an experience!”

“We had an incredible stay at this peaceful cabin! Brian and Stephanie were amazing showing us around the cabin and offering recommendations! It has the most beautiful view and everything you need for a romantic getaway. My boyfriend even decided to propose at the porch area of this cute cabin with the breathtaking view! We cannot wait to come back! ”

“Freezing temperatures and a ton of snow made for a winter wonderland. Had a phenomenon 5 days with family by reading books by the fireplace. Three thumbs up!”

“Everything was very clean and there was tons of space and the host was very communicative and friendly!!”

“The host Porter was very accommodating, the container cabin extremely clean and well equipped, the hot tub and sauna were a nice change of pace for my everyday lifestyle- very enjoyable. The only thing I would say is be prepared for the amount of firewood that you may need to use during your stay, and the cost..Granted it didn’t help that we arrived right as a snowstorm was coming in…But overall great experience and quaint, cute and very relaxing place- I would recommend!”

“Amazing sauna session”

“A major factor in my lower rating was encountering a mouse wandering around the kitchen at night. I immediately informed the host, whose response was, "How did that get there?" and that they would "inform the team." Unfortunately, I received no further follow-up regarding the issue. The next communication was the automated checkout message the following day. That said, the host was kind, and the instructions for the stay were clear and easy to understand. One checkout requirement I didn't...

“We've stayed at this property many times before and always thought it was great. It is now under new ownership and has been elevated to EXCELLENT. Many improvements both cosmetically and structurally. New amenities added. Host was always responsive with questions and concerns. Property was spotless.”

“The house was fantastic! Clean, well equipped with plenty of things for 10 people (both kitchen amenities and the outdoor equipment). Host was wonderful so communicative could not have asked for a better stay”

“It was perfect for us. Hope to be back soon.”

“The space was exactly as it is pictured. We really enjoyed our time. The host was extremely responsive.”

“Great location! Excellent communication with host”

“The house was beautiful and comfortable for our group! The hot tub and sauna were great. The lake was beautiful. The kitchen was also well equipped.”

“Karin was an excellent communicator and very helpful and accommodating with any questions. We loved the location within walking distance of CD Lane Park where we could walk, swim, play basketball or soccer. The back porch with grill and yard with fire pit were nice hangout spots. We roasted marshmellows by the fire and had no mosquito bites the entire time! There were 3 common areas inside which allowed for us to spread out if desired. The only way to the master bedroom and loft is by the spiral...

“Another great stay in the Catskills. The property is well kept and convenient to town. We will be back.”

“Peace, quiet, nature and a beautiful fire ”
