OUR home is the perfect home for just that! located 7.8 miles from downtown Beaufort, NC 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with tub in master bath. Evenings can also be spent sitting on the screened in flordia room. Just 10 minutes from local shops and restaurants of downtown Beaufort, close to Atlantic Beach and Morehead City 1/2 mile from North river bridge for great fishing or putting in a kayak. There are 3 close trails on paddling.com 25 miles to #Cherry Point
    2 acres where you can park your boat. Fresh sheets and towels are provided with each reservation!

Went on a fishing trip and this place was a good location to stay and was adequate for what we needed for a couple of nights

Host was attentive. House is much older and needs some updating. It is very close to the highway and that made it difficult to sleep. Bring your own towels and paper produces. The sunroom is amazing and would be a good place to stay if you were passing through on a short stay.

Best weekend getaway

We came down for anniversary weekend. The hosue was clean and very spacious. And close to just about anything. We will definitely be back.

Great Place and Location

The house was clean and has plenty of space to spread out. There is also a large yard that we did not have use for but would be nice for a family. Having access and being able to use the garage was great for us having to store scuba gear. Thanks for having us!

Perfect Place to Stay!

This house is the perfect place for a family to stay. I couldn’t believe we were lucky enough to find it. The house is beautiful, and in a great location. We have family nearby and it was only 8 minutes from their home. Very close to downtown Beaufort and Morehead City. The rooms are spacious and the porches are so nice, especially sitting on the back porch. The swing set in the back yard is also a huge plus for us, our daughter loved it. Having a place that felt like home to come back to at the end of the day on our vacation was so nice, and we can’t wait to come back. The communication was excellent too, we had a brief AC issue while we were there and it was fixed the same day. I will 100% recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable stay in the area.

Pictures do not show room size accuracy. The rooms are much larger. Kitchen is small though. It's a little odd and quirky. Perfect for our short stay. We enjoyed both porches. They are large enough to use for out door games and to keep kids busy if the weather gets ugly. It's not exactly close to the towns or beaches but not an unpleasant distance either.There is a gas station on the corner for ice etc.. Oh...heads up...no ice maker in the freezer and no ice cube trays, so stop at that gas station on your way there. You will have some surprises here and there in the home but that's what makes it fun and memorable. The host was great when I freaked out and lost my email with the check in info. The kitchen is equiped with just the basics. I did buy some stuff and left it there. If you need to make something that calls for a special not too common utensil...then pack it. Dollar stores are close just in case. I don't recommend the Sanitary Restaurant for seafood. Food left a lot to be desired. The Banks Grill is highly recommended for breakfast (Island French Toast...OMG) You will find yourself there every morning and you will not mind the wait. Enjoy...we sure did!

This is an older home, but it was warm, comfortable, plenty of space, and adequate for what we needed. Our only complaint is the road noise.
