This home is everything you could want in a stay. The location is great, easy to the highway, easy to downtown and its a quiet neighborhood. The home is furnished perfectly, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need including spices and special utensils. The porch is superb and the back deck is just as nice. The house was very clean, close to the waterfront, and had a fenced in yard for our dog. The only downside was all the construction going on, but it did not ruin our time away.

Property was located very close to downtown. Great walking routes in all directions. Very pet friendly. Owner EXCEEDED my expectations in all aspects - responded very quickly to my needs with creative response to an issue. I've stayed in many VRBO homes, but this experience was second to none!

We spent a long weekend at the Broad Street Living -Cottage. We had a great time and enjoyed the time in Beaufort. We always travel with our Mini-Dachshund and she loved the backyard. We would highly recommend this cottage. Note: The only hiccup during our stay was Broad Street was being worked on and really dusty.
