Individual chalet on 3 levels, in the heart of a hamlet including another uninhabited barn. Access via a 200 meter stone path in summer, pedestrian access from the main road in winter (parking for several vehicles at the edge of the access path). On the 2nd floor: dormitory on an attic mezzanine (2 single beds 80x190 cm) and games room on the mezzanine (access via a narrow passage 60 cm high). Vast natural land all around the chalet. Ski Hauteluce/Les Saisies 5 km (Chozal chairlift) or 7.5 km (Ruelle cable car - Les Contamines connection). Traditional renovated 19th century country barn, on the west hillside, in a preserved natural setting of meadows and forest. Face to face with nature. Mountain character with character, comfortable alpine chalet.
