“Reserved a handicapped room. Arrived and the elevator was not working. Why have handicapped rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor? Arrived at room 230 to find the toilet not working. The water had been shut off! House keeping got the water turned on. Only to find the fitting was leaking. Unable to fix so they provided towels. By 4:00 the entire room was covered in 1/2 water. Unacceptable! ”

“Can’t say a lot because when we got there after traveling all day, they didn’t have a room for us., even though I made reservations awhile ago. Other guests stayed an extra night. Manager was nice about it. They put us in a room at another property they own, very close, but still had to go somewhere else. Days Inn. Manager actually followed us over there to make sure we had no problems checking in. Give him credit for that.
But… room had no toiletries, had to go back and get soap. Forgot to ask...
