-Rentals are for a minimum of 3 nights.
-The house is on two floors and it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. It can accommodate up to 8 adults.

*On the first floor:
-An entrance hall.
-A bathroom with double sinks, Italian shower with recessed rain shower.
-A separate toilet with its sink.
-BEDROOM 1: Master bedroom (160 cm bed) with access and view of the garden. After a good night's rest, a gentle awakening bathed in the sun and the singing of the birds will certainly make you want to go barefoot on the terrace, stretch out and breathe in the freshness of the morning... and treat yourself to the first and delicious dive of the day!
-A fitted kitchen open to a dining room with access and view of the garden. Notice to chefs with this solid oak kitchen and spacious granite worktop. Ideal for preparing good meals and enjoying yourself! All the appliances are from the Gaggenau brand: induction hobs, dishwasher.
-A warm living room in soft and natural tones with exposed beams on the ceiling. A TV and a fireplace are available to take a moment of rest or simply stroll, French window open to the garden to let the light in and listen to the birds or cicadas... depending on the season!

*Upstairs:
-BEDROOM 2: Bedroom with 2 beds (90cm) & 1 child's bed. The beds can be pushed together (or not), depending on your needs. Freshly renovated to give way to a soft and contemporary decoration.
-BEDROOM 3: Bedroom with 2 beds (90). The beds can be pushed closer together (or not), depending on your needs. Freshly renovated to make way for a soft and contemporary decoration.
-BEDROOM 4: Bedroom with 1 double bed (160). Freshly renovated at the beginning of 2025, it gives way to a soft and contemporary decoration.
-A bathroom with double sinks and Italian shower, freshly renovated.

*Outside:
-In front of the house: A large courtyard to easily park 1 to 3 cars.
An electric gate for easy and secure access. The property is completely fenced.
Also at the front, a sheltered area with a wood-fired barbecue is available.

-Behind the house: Terrace, garden and private swimming pool with a view of the valley and the Vaucluse mountains.
Under the shaded terrace, a large table to share convivial and generous moments: aperitifs, meals, endless discussions!!
The swimming pool is 9x4m. It goes down to a depth of about 1.70 m. It is open for swimming from May to September. From the end of June to the end of summer, it maintains a temperature of around 27° if the weather allows it because it is heated.
The garden offers a microclimate because it is protected from the Mistral, which is appreciable. It is always a few degrees warmer here than the weather forecast for the wider area of the Haut-Vaucluse!
