This accommodation offers a living environment combining modernity and charm, close to all amenities and infrastructures for a pleasant stay. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room with a permanent view over the garden for convivial moments by the fireside, a fully-equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom (with bath), a living room, a shower room (with shower), and a 3,800 m² south-facing garden and terrace. Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 35 m² living room with TV, fireplace, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath and 2 washbasins)

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: two twin beds close together to form a queen-size bed (160x200)

- Bathroom (with shower)

- A 35 m² living room with two double sofa beds, a bookcase, a desk and an extra sofa bed (140x190).

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 3,800 m², south-facing, private, enclosed garden planted with trees and overlooking a meadow where wild animals roam.
- A paved terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The cottage is ideally located in Beaumont-le-Roger, overlooking the forest, in a very quiet and pleasant environment. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
