“There is no air conditioning. There were rats making sound biting through some board. There was loud noises of people running as I was given a room in the basement. Hardly used for 10 hours after booking the place for 2 days and no one would bother about the issue when raised. Only convenience is it's close to the train station and place of my work ”

“Room was clean and well equipped. Shower screen was coming off its rails but this did not effect the shower itself. The wifi network given did not exist. Phone support were really helpful when I had a query about check in.. ”

“Absolutely charming! The owner and staff outdid themselves with welcoming us later in the evening and making sure to seat us in the quite lovely dining room for a hot meal before retiring to our spacious guest room upstairs. The room was today and had lots of thoughtful amenities: tea, coffee, a variety of snacks, lots of toiletries. Breakfast was very good and served with warmth and hospitality. Definitely a wonderful place to stay. ”

“Apart from my room which was warm and comfortable but lacked a bath towel, with only a shampoo and a very little round soap being provided, the whole place seemed sad and lonely. The Reception was poorly lit and signed, and was cold and damp; I appeared to be one of only two guests staying on the Saturday night and the guests in the room next to mine kept their television on until 5.15am and periodically seemed to drop something heavy on the floor.
