“Ann was a wonderful host. We were made feel welcome and we were very comfortable in our room. The room was at a high standard. In the morning Ann made us an amazing breakfast and gave a a gift when we left. I highly recommend staying here.”

“the only thing that I have a complaint about is that I have a confirmation due amount at property of $184 and I had to pay at $190. Somehow the amount changed and the staff could not explain why, other than prices fluctuate. So if that's the case, theoretically I could have had to pay much more. I have a confirmation email for $184, that's what the charge and payment should be.”

“Comfortable and friendly vibe. Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast is very good and accommodating. Walk to restaurants. The price is right. Will stay again.”

“The staff was friendly, the room was clean and recently reno'd. There was protein options at breakfast each day. The town has lots of ameneties and the drive is nice to Waterton”

“This is by far the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. The room wasn't ready until about 4 hours after check in, and when it was finally ready it was absolutely disgusting. Someone had been smoking in the room and left cigarette ash on the chairs, there was blood on the headboard, someone had used the toilet and not flushed, and the room had no towels or toilet paper in it. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. Avoid this hotel at all costs.”

“Breakfast is poorly stocked, there can be long wait times for food to be restocked, area isn't kept the cleanest and there's always a broken machine and delivery issues for products. Gym has broken machines. And we usually have to ask for toilet paper as the room has very used rolls and no stock in the room for when it runs out.”
