“Sandman Kelowna is undergoing renovations. It looks to be quite nice once completed. I’m not sure if I was forewarned of this. This may be the reason Sandman prices were discounted and so not a strong complaint.”

“I was surprised by the cleanliness of our room. Bed was comfortable and the room air conditioner kept the room cold, especially with how hot it was outside. The room had a weird layout with the only sink being located in front of the beds instead of the washroom. Staff were friendly and were accommodating. Pool looked to be decent but small. I found it to be very crowded. Lots of parking spaces which is nice.
Options for the complimentary breakfast were lacking. Just your basic cereal, muffins,...

“Ben from the Eldorado was exceptional. His attentiveness and service every morning was a delight. Manteo does not have decafe complimentary coffee. Ben got my husband a decafe complimentary coffee every morning at the Eldorado.
Pool side service was top notch.
Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel has both a swimming pool and a hot tub although it was not indicated to have a hot tub. Breakfast and all day coffee are great.”
