“Stayed at the Perch for a long Holiday weekend. The area is mostly quiet. Jeannie the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house was clean and well supplied. We did not have contact with the local care keeper, a couple messages were not returned. Perch lake is a very small lake, a pontoon ride around the lake would take 30 min. or less. “We had a great time there. We ride side by sides and theee are great trails you can ride from house !!I have stayed here before and will stay again !”

“This house worked great for our family. The beach was great for our grandson and the dock worked good for our boat. It was quite warm when we stayed there, we knew it would be so we brought some fans because we knew the house did not have air conditioning. There were a couple of fans there when we got there and the day after we got there Thomas had 4 more fans delivered to help keep us cool.
