Beautiful modern house that’s conveniently located in the middle of the city of Beaverton close to Nike and Intel. Open Floor plan with a gourmet kitchen & ample natural lighting throughout, 600mbps high-speed internet, 60 inch Roku smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and HBO MAX!!! Full bathroom and bedroom on first floor makes it easy for elderly family members. Perfect for families with kids, work groups and people who relish a bit more space when they travel. Book today!

The Space

There are total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms located in the house. The space could accommodate up to 13 people, air conditioned and heating, washer/dryer in unit.

A total of five bedrooms:
-Bedroom#1 is the master bedroom, which has two queen size beds, with ultra comfortable mattresses, TV, walk-in closet/kid's playroom, and full bathroom with a private tube and a stand alone shower.
-Bedrooms#2, #3, and #4 have queen-size beds, comfortable mattress, closet and hangers.
-Bedroom#5 is located on the first floor, with a queen size bed, there's a shower on the first floor as well.

Other things to note:

-Family friendly amenities such as high chair, kid's climbing structure. Crib and pack n’play also available on request.
-Fully fenced yard, deck and comfortable outdoor furniture.
-Kid's playroom with puzzles and teepee.
-Bathrooms with all drawers available for you.
-Tastefully decorated living and dinning, with a flameless inviting and safe fireplace.
-Large windows and tall ceilings.
-High speed internet 600mbp/s.
-Designated work space.
-Fully fenced backyard.
-2 TV upstairs&downstairs.
-We have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBO Max subscriptions!

Other details to note

Maximum 4 car parking, 2 (small cars) in the garage and 2 on the driveway. Off-street parking is only permitted on one side of the street and is highly competitive. Parking on the street side of the home is Prohibited. if cars are parked on no parking side of road. guest will be responsible for any fees resulting from improper parking. Neighbors are great at looking for infractions. please let all additional guest with vehicles to be aware parking arrangements.

  • The California Condor was a common sight along the Columbia River in Lewis and Clark's day. By the early 1980's, there were only twenty-two left on the face of the planet, all in California. Today, thanks to a massive effort to re-populate the species via in-captivity pairing, there are some two-hundred members. But their recovery is far from assured. The Oregon Zoo has undertaken its own recovery effort whose ultimate goal is the re-introduction of the species into the protected wilderness area around the Columbia River Gorge. In short, to bring them home. For now, they live out their days in a vast, outdoor aviary designed specifically to mimic their habitat in the wild. If you have never seen one up close before, I urge you to come take a look. They are larger than any flying bird you will ever see, unless you go to Peru. And though black and white practically from head to toe, their plumage shines and reflects the light like dark, polished metal. If that doesn't suit your fancy, I will tell you that, as with all big birds, if you wait around long enough, they will do something so awe-inspiring that it will take your breath away, and something so goofy that you will laugh out loud. Safe and Clean

Thank you for hosting our extended family as we visited still more family in the Portland area. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and convenient to everyplace we wanted to go. Food in the area was awesome! Really appreciated the little things available on the house like coffee, seasonings, and laundry pods.
