“You should provide free parking for guests. The supposed free outdoor parking was a crummy gravel lot that was far away. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen for cooking, we had to ask for dishes. They said they didn't provide toasters until I told them it was in the Expedia listing, then they did find one. Nice hotel but basic customer service.”

“The hotel itself is fine, it's in a convenient location, but also a very busy shopping area and it overlooks Costco. The rooms and amenities were all good. It was clean, the bed comfy, the hot tub and pool were nice. The restaurant experience was less than ideal. They clearly didn't have enough staff.
