Inside, the home features inviting living spaces designed for easy gatherings, a fully equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms for restful nights. A pool table, home gym, and two dedicated workspaces provide flexibility whether you're traveling with family, friends, or mixing work with a longer getaway.



Outside, the wraparound deck and three-season porch invite you to enjoy everything from morning coffee to evening barbecues beneath the trees. During warmer months, the included Becket Town Beach permit makes it easy to spend the day swimming or relaxing by the lake before returning home to peaceful forest surroundings.

Notes & Disclaimers



Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: The home is located on an unpaved road. In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. In the spring there will be mud. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



Heating & Cooling: The home is equipped with a modern mini-split heat pump system that provides both heating and air conditioning. These units warm and cool the space gradually and are designed to maintain a steady, comfortable temperature throughout the home. You'll find five mini-splits in total, one in each bedroom, one in the kitchen/living room area, and one in the basement.



Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.



Outdoor furniture: is seasonal and will be available starting late spring/early summer.



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 6 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 6 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.



Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
