The home is located in a lakefront community called Sherwood Forest Lake District, on Robin Hood Lake. You can see neighbors homes from the house. The home is located in a cul-de-sac. The town of Becket is a rural community.

Guests have access to entire property and grounds.

The main floor features an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, offering sweeping lake views from every window. Open the screen doors to feel the breeze and embrace lake life with loved ones in this inviting space. The newly renovated kitchen includes seating for six, perfect for preparing meals on the island. An electric fireplace in the living room adds warmth and charm on cool fall and winter nights.

The main floor boasts three bedrooms and one full bathroom. The primary bedroom offers a Queen bed, while the two additional bedrooms include a Full bed and a bunk bed with a Full bed on the bottom bunk and a Twin bed on the top bunk. The shared full bathroom features a shower and serves all three bedrooms on this floor.

Descend the staircase to access the lower level. Please note the interior staircase is steep and winding. Please exercise caution with small children and individuals with mobility concerns.

The basement area features an open floor plan with a spacious sectional for relaxing and watching TV together. Behind the stairs, there is a King bed, providing an additional sleeping option for guests (please note, this is an open area). A full bathroom is conveniently located on this floor, and an extra air mattress is available if needed. The sliding doors on this level lead directly out into the backyard for convenient lake access.

The wrap-around deck on the main level includes a dining table, gas grill, and ample seating to savor the picturesque lake views. Guests have access to life jackets, kayaks, paddle boards, and a rowboat, ensuring a delightful lake retreat with all the amenities!

Having a car will greatly enhance your ability to explore the Berkshires effectively.

⭐️ LAKE INFORMATION: Robin Hood Lake is an 88-acre private “no wake” lake, perfect for kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, and swimming. The lake is surrounded by seasonal and year-round homes, with three community beaches for swimming, boating, and mixed use.

⭐️ ENTRANCE & SAFETY: Access to the home involves a small slope from the driveway to the deck entrance. The interior staircase is steep and winding, so please use caution with small children or guests with mobility concerns. Sliding doors on the lower level provide direct lake access—young children should be supervised closely.

⭐️ DAMAGE PROTECTION: Your reservation includes a $20 accidental damage insurance fee, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay with peace of mind. If any damage occurs, please notify us so we can arrange timely replacements for the next guest.
