“Un atmosfera magica, bellissima villa con una vista suggestiva sulla foresta, pace e privacy. L'unica cosa negativa è il servizio transfer, la struttura si trova a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di ubud e offre ai suoi ospiti un servizio navetta gratuito per raggiungerlo ma solo dalle 11di mattina alle 2 del pomeriggio per l'andata e un ultima navetta alle 17 per tornare, dopo di che si è costretti a pagare per ricevere questo servizio e non sono economici ( circa 5€ a tratta).”

“This stay was magical. The private pool felt very luxurious and the bed was comfortable. The host gave us his WhatsApp, which we used to order food and spa treatments as well as any repairs needed to the room. He always responded immediately. They seemed very invested in giving us a comfortable stay. Note that the hotel is close to a main road, so there was some traffic noise, but nothing major. Personale al massimo della disponibilità 24 ore al giorno, cucina superlativa comparabile alla haute cuisine di ristoranti europei del calibro della pergola, del jules verne o la tour d'argent (THANK YOU CHEF!). Le ville sono splendide e molto confortevoli, assoluta privacy pur avendo bagno e toilette all'aperto (che non va assolutamente visto come un difetto). Spazi ottimamente ripartiti...

Villas clean and are cleaned literally everyday with such precision bedsheets changed everyday, towel , wardrobes and pool is heated ! Which is great..! The only minus for me is manager, she never even said bye while I was giving back my keys, no interest in anything during stay and also at check out....
