“I only stayed one night, but it was a great stay. This is a really cute boutique hotel. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have a pool, which I did use while I was there. There’s a nice area out back for guests to use. I recommend this hotel.”

“Hotel pulito. Stanza abbastanza grande, bagno minuscolo e vasca che necessita sicuramente di essere rinnovata in quanto molto rovinata e in alcuni punti arrugginita. Personale non sempre gentile: quando siamo arrivati, al check in, la signora si è dimostrata abbastanza scortese, mentre la mattina successiva è stata gentile. “Hallway and room were very musty. A/C in room was filthy, smelt horrible, and could not be used. The bed sloped off to one side and should be replaced. Considered leaving in the middle of the night to find comfortable accommodations.”

“The property its self is not well kept. The office staff was friendly and explained everything well. The inside was definitely more updated than the outside. The floor was dirty and the comforter on the bed looked dirty, it has stains on it. The pillows cases were either pure white or yellow. I was only there for one night and did not use the pool. I did wake up to cockroaches in the bathroom. Location was good, not far from good things to eat and Nauset Beach. ”
