“My wife and I have been coming to Ptown for our summer vacation for 17 years and have stayed at various hotels and B & B's up and down Commercial street but this was our first stay the Breakwater and it was surprisingly delightful! We loved the comfy outdoor patio furniture with a view of the ocean, access to the beach across the street, and being on right on the shuttle bus route to the center of town. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we can't wait to come back next year!”

Comodo il riscaldamento/condizionatore in camera che permette di gestirsi autonomamente la temperatura dell'ambiente. Il dietro della camera dà su un bel giardino e dispone di sedie private per ogni camera. “5 stars because the owner kindly moved us up to 2nd floor room for the 4th fireworks. Happy to report that for an older property the soundproofing is really pretty good. Grounds are lovely and clean, room was basic and functional. Be prepared for a tiny bathroom. Nice place to stay overall. Do not miss the spice store next door which is many things besides spices. Vey convenient to Ptown. ”

“I rarely write reviews, however Southfleet Motor Inn is truly a gem. Lovely staff/family vibe and no frills stay in Wellfleet. The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing and close proximity to several restaurants and a shop. Highly recommend! ”
