“I should’ve known the room was going to be uncomfortable and dingy when I seen the big “no refund” sign on the computer. I asked the lady at desk why is the sign there? I said are the rooms bad? She said no. Sure enough went in rooms were very old. And outdated, fine we were only staying one night. Went in restroom, tub was full of hairs. At that point unacceptable, told the lady at desk my room was changed. The new room still outdated wires hanging out the restroom wall. Breakfast the lady...
