Located in the small town, opposite the school, this rental adjoining the owner, offers you the shared swimming pool service, usable from May to the end of September (swimming pool with dome 9x4 m, depth from 0.90m to 1.8 m). Arranged on the ground floor, the cottage offers: - the living room with fitted kitchen (mini dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 4 gas burners, extractor hood, electric oven. Filter coffee maker, Senséo), living room area with dining table, lounge area with sofa bed, coffee table and television, - the bedroom offers a large bed 160x200 cm, - the bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, with hydrojets, sink on vanity unit, hair dryer. Heated towel rack. - The toilets are in the bathroom. You will enjoy the pleasant raised wooden terrace, with garden furniture and barbecue, accessible from the living room and benefit from the enclosed garden shared with the owners, of approximately 3000 m². A space reserved for your vehicle under carport. 2 bicycles available. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are provided. For babies, a high chair, a travel cot and a bath seat can be provided on request. Reversible air conditioning in the living room, heating package applied from October to the end of April.
