“In un parco di fronte allo zoo è un po’ isolata dal traffico. Mi hanno messo al terzo piano che ha un servizio snack sempre fornito con caffè tè acqua sandwich e dolci. Camera super spaziosa con ac ben funzionante, pulita, confortevole. 5 ristoranti compreso quello per la colazione che è molto varia con ricette locali e prodotti continentali. ”

“Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered.”

“It was because of number of reasons. Burnt furniture, constant fluctuation of light. Partially equipped kitchen. Completely not the value for money. ”

“Most rooms are in basement, mildew smell, window view are inside basement. Desk staff has no idea how to greet customer or represent property. Bathroom not in good condition, wire exposed. Door key wast not provided, had to ask for door key.”

“Worst hotel to stay at. No hot water geaser system. I was told it will be serviced next day however my stay ended but i haven’t seen hot water. No sound proofing. I was able to hear whats going outside. L The whole hotel share one remote control for all TV so if the neighbouring room needs it, they will knock at the door disturbing you and take it anyway. There was an AC which was more of decoration item. Upon asking at first reception shocked to why I need to turn on AC and then the reception...
