There is a large private area at the front of the house suitable for parking several cars from where the entrance into the house gives direct access to the living/dining room, kitchen and guest toilet. The living room has a dining area and enjoys pretty sea views with patio doors onto an attractive terrace furnished with table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher and also has sea views.

The bedrooms are down a flight of stairs on the lower floor. Here there is a master suite with a double bedroom and bath/shower room plus two further double bedrooms with a bathroom with shower shared between them.

On this floor there is also a laundry room and access to the private garden. In addition to its private garden, the house has the use of the community garden and pool just a few steps away.

There is air conditioning, wifi and a barbecue.


You will have the opportunity to discover the great beauty of Baix Empordà with its sweeping landscapes and medieval villages inland as well as its fishing villages and coast.

The house is situated in an area of the Costa Brava renowned for its beautiful beaches and attractive coves. Just 1500 metres from Platja Gran de Pals and Platja del Raco, you can visit a different beach every day with Illa Roja, Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, Aiguablava and many more nearby.

For the more active and lovers of nature, there is a network of coastal paths to enable you to explore and discover hidden landscapes and less accessible coves, surrounded by pine trees and glorious Mediterranean vegetation with the unspoilt Illes de Medes forming a stunning backdrop.

When it comes to shopping, there is a supermarket open all day in the summer just 3 minutes away by car. Alternatively you might enjoy Begur (5 minutes by car) or Palafrugell (10 minutes by car) where you will find a fascinating array of shops and markets.

Getting around by car is not a problem and you can hire the services of a driver or a taxi, just ask us. Additionally there is a bus stop in Begur, 5 km away. However, increasingly bicycles or motorcycles are a popular choice giving more freedom to explore the area, again just ask us for details to help you make the most of your holiday here.
