“The decoration of the hotel is on the verge of tacky/cheap, seems like a missed opportunity - that is of course subjective (to a point). I stayed in a spacious room on the ground floor that looks onto to the pool, with a little terrace area. The layout of the room works well. That said the noise is the room is quite bad, you hear noise from the room above you surprisingly loud, and you also hear noise from the corridor which accesses the main restaurant, and bathrooms.
