This appeared to be the most luxurious hotel in the area. We had previously stayed at A.J. Grand and found it did not have sufficient ameneties in the room and booked at Vivanta for the second night of our stay in Mangalore. Really happy we made the switch! The staffs were very nice in general. They were helpful. Only complaint is the bathroom needs to be cleaner. It was smelly even after housekeeping just clean the bathroom. Also the corners and some molds are not being cleaned thoroughly. One night some other guests were smoking in their room and ...

This property owner told that he will not give the room even though it was confirmed via expedia. He said i don't care if its booked via Expedia. He forced me to pay the full amount 2 days before the booking and only then he told its confirmed. Area behind the hotel is scary with worst crowd
