“Staff was helpful and friendly”

“The staff,( if you want to call them that)don't greet you when you walk in to register, I had to initiate the conversation. The elevator floor was filthy nasty and it creaked and groaned. We got off of the elevator on our floor and was greeted by Marijuana smoke and smell. I went back down to inform the front desk that someone was smoking in their non smoking hotel, she said that there wasn't much they could do about it except spray air fresher or smoke eliminator, I ask why they wouldn't...

“This property is situated in a beautiful marina with excellent facilities. Guests staying at the Lodge can also enjoy complimentary golf, which was a great bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi service was somewhat inconsistent.”

“Was there for a baseball tournament. Had to immediately change rooms due to the bed strongly smelling of urine. Staff didn’t even apologize. Just gave me the new room key and sent me on my way. The pool is small. People who were not hotel guests were following guests in after unlocking the doors and staying for the day and letting their families in. “The front desk was very polite and accommodating. The room and lobby were clean. Will stay here again.”

“The staff was wonderful! the place was nice and clean. everything was in walking distance. highly recommend staying here if visiting.”
