Hotel con servizio concierge a Belek

“Struttura notevole sotto il profilo architettonico e sopratutto degli spazi esterni. Manutenzione accurata , costante e attenta. Tempi di risposta al cliente al di sopra della norma. Personale assolutamente disponibile , qualche tentennamento nella ristorazione per la non conoscenza delle lingue. Catering sontuoso dal punto di vista quantitativo ma non altrettanto per la qualità ; si colloca nella media. E' un 5 stelle con qualche meno. Soprattutto incredibile che la navetta da/per l'aeroporto...

“Arrival - Hotel sent a cab which was very small, so when they say sedan it is a small sedan. If you have more luggage opt for the big car. The driver was polite and helpful. Check-in- Very quick and easy. Nothing Special. Most of the Hotel staff knows Russian but very few speak English. The Bell boy was helpful to move luggage to room, but to reach the deluxe bldg was a bit complicated. There was no direct access from the reception. “Had an amazing time celebrating my girrlfriends birthday. Staff are polite and courteous and the grounds are impeccably clean. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough and we shall definitely be returning in the near future.”

“Splendido Hotel, perfetto anche per famiglie con bambini. Il mare non è il massimo ma i servizi sono da Hotel anche di classe maggiore. Cucina internazionale di buon livello. Buona anche la formula "All Inclusive". All'arrivo accertarsi che la camera sia quella richiesta. Nelle stanze le prese per la corrente sono solo a 2 buchi (attenti per il caricabatterie del telefono e del pc)”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. It was great value for money. We had a delicious evening meal and equally delicious breakfast. It was clean and even though it was quite basic I had everything I needed there including a nice clean pool. It’s a 5 minute walk to Belik center. It’s next to a road but it didn’t bother me because I knew about that. I shall visit again 👌”

“The property is good, the pool facilities, indoor and outdoor, the kids playing area, the animalfarm/ zoo near the hotel - was great. the food in the restaurant good. staff and service - extremely poor. it seems that all good turkish service people left the country. no ones cares about you and the way how you are being spoken to and looked at - especiallg when you try to communicate with them in English is terrible and not even 1 star level! The hotel seems to have become a hide out place...

“Grande resort in un meraviglioso parco sulla bella spiaggia di Belek.Tutto molto curato,ottima ristorazione,buona l’animazione anche se internazionale,a mio avviso da rinfrescare le camere con colori più moderni.Lo staff tutti molto gentili .Unico neo la maleducazione di parecchi ospiti , non si mettono i piedi sui tavolini della lobby e non ci si sdraia sui divani.Buono il rapporto qualita’ prezzo.”
