“Arrival - Hotel sent a cab which was very small, so when they say sedan it is a small sedan. If you have more luggage opt for the big car. The driver was polite and helpful. Check-in- Very quick and easy. Nothing Special. Most of the Hotel staff knows Russian but very few speak English. The Bell boy was helpful to move luggage to room, but to reach the deluxe bldg was a bit complicated. There was no direct access from the reception. “Abbiamo soggiornato al ic hotel santai dal 25/08 al 4/09 con la bimba di 23 mesi ed e’ stato tutto meravigliosamente perfetto! Pulizia da 11 servizi e pulizia per i bambini eccellente, cibo ok piscine pulite, personale sempre gentile. Volendo trovare una nota negativa e’ impossibile. Servizio navetta appena all’uscita dell’hotel che ti puo condurre a bodrum city, antalya, al mega parco the land of legend da andarci necessariamente!!!! Esperienza unica vacanze perfette. “Grande resort in un meraviglioso parco sulla bella spiaggia di Belek.Tutto molto curato,ottima ristorazione,buona l’animazione anche se internazionale,a mio avviso da rinfrescare le camere con colori più moderni.Lo staff tutti molto gentili .Unico neo la maleducazione di parecchi ospiti , non si mettono i piedi sui tavolini della lobby e non ci si sdraia sui divani.Buono il rapporto qualita’ prezzo.”

“The property is good, the pool facilities, indoor and outdoor, the kids playing area, the animalfarm/ zoo near the hotel - was great. the food in the restaurant good. staff and service - extremely poor. it seems that all good turkish service people left the country. no ones cares about you and the way how you are being spoken to and looked at - especiallg when you try to communicate with them in English is terrible and not even 1 star level! The hotel seems to have become a hide out place...
