Nice to stay
All was as description.Nice and spacious room and bathroom, 20 minutes walking from the center. Only a suggestion that aldo in other places is forgotten: towel hooks in the bathroom and supports for shampoo or soap inside the shower. They are not expensive and you need when you take your shower! Thank you. ;-)

La posizione comoda con parecchi negozi e ristoranti a pochi passi. Parcheggio gratuito lungo la strada e Ulster Museum dietro l’angolo. La struttura è ristrutturata da poco e la camera è pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Sanitari nuovi. Tutto perfetto.

Sistema di check-in impeccabile, istruzioni ricevute dalla struttura rapide e comprensibili. L'host è sempre a disposizione e risponde in tempi brevissimi. La struttura è molto nuova, la posizione è molto comoda e tranquilla (di fronte c'è un pub che ti risolve la serata) vicina alla fermata del bus e a diversi market e ristoranti. L'ambiente comune è dotato di ogni elettrodomestico possibile e immaginabile. L'acqua del rubinetto è potabile e in camera c'è bollitore e frigorifero.

Lovely property, good distance to the centre & shopping eg tesco 10 min walk, bus center 25min walk, centre 20-30 dependant on where you want to go Room was lovely, and good kitchen facilities, was able to cook a couple of our nights which saved on restaurants ☺️ Bed comfy, good shower, tv, hairdryer etc Very nice, thanks so much 💖

Everything was great apart from a heating problem which meant the first night was spent in the cold. This was impossible to report because the phone lines close at 5pm. So just be aware that if you are not checking in before 5pm, you may not be able to alert anyone of any problems.

Crammed under the attic
Room was much smaller than shown on the website. There was no facility to put your luggage and towels could not be hang.it is over priced for what is on offer

Bad experience made worse by the customer servic
Maintenance was going on during my stay. The stairs are already too narrow and with fresh paint on it was impossible to get to the room without having stains on your clothes. When complained, the staff on email said “it’s not happening inside of your room and no one else has complained” as if they’ll ever say oh yes others have complained too but we can’t stop minting me even when the property is in dire need of renovations. Extremely overpriced for what’s offered. Go to Ramada or other similar hotels and pay £20 extra a night for much better rooms and service. I chose this because of the kitchen but the kitchen doesn’t even have a fridge so it was rendered useless too.

Central was the most accommodating hotel chain I have ever booked with. They contacted me at the beginning and at the end of my stay. I requested information re buses before I got there and had the info right away. I asked for more towels and had them within the hour. Very impressed with the service.

Some troubles
Both getting in on arrival and the check out were difficult, the safety box by the front door was too hard to open and during the check out it was impossible... so I took my key back to my room, which had been not allowed. Also I had a key to a wrong room on arrival and no way catching anyone to help, so I did sleep one night there and next day I had planned to be back quite late, but the day was hot so I needed to get new cooler clothes and came back in the afternoon and there was a guy cleaning the room and I had to move my things to another (the original) room. I can tell you I was pretty mad about it and nobody even said they'd be sorry, made me feel guilty about this. And I think the small room i got was too expensive. So I shall not visit that hotel again.

It really needs to be noted there's no staff at this property at all; all communication is done by email or text. Which is fine except the front entrance door is not self locking. There's a sign asking people to lock the door as they come and go, but I can tell you this was not always done during my stay. Several times I found the door to be left unlocked, in one instance it wasn't even closed all the way. It's a concern to me when the safety of an accommodation is dependent on the responsibility of other guests. I didn't feel entirely safe staying here by myself.

Has seen far better days, very run down and full of mould. Property is so loud and you can hear all other guests walking around and talking it makes it really hard to sleep. Windows have had so much water damage they don’t really keep the noise and cold air out so you end up having the heating on all the time. You have to empty your own bins and no staff come round to clean towels or make the beds. Floor’s absolutely filthy and mouse traps under the bed. TERRIBLE!

Location was good for our purposes everything was in great condition the kitchen in was excellent fridge in the room was a nice bonus. the room is small andl the shower is small however, it was fine for our purpose. A clean safe place to sleep. I would not hesitate to stay again. The price was great

Great location and easy check in
Great location, could have done with a better clean on the floor and under the bed but overall average. A few bits need a touch up but comfortable bed but maybe need new pillows. Great having the kitchen which was spotless and had everything you needed.

A great base to explore from.
Two friends late 20s and late 30s stayed in room 6. Clean and comfortable. We had a problem with a fridge and emailed them to say and they got back to me super quick and put a new fridge in our room. We used the shared kitchen for two evening meals and made our packed lunches for the day. My friend would like to make a suggestion to add wooden spoons to cook with! We walked to and from the city, used the train and bus to explore. The city felt safe and so did the area we were in. A great place to stay and the bed was so comfy.

Fairly basic but clean, comfortable and accessible
Basic but clean and comfortable room in a terraced house close to Lisburn Road and on the main bus route into the city centre. Kitchen was large and well equipped, although we didn't use it. Good, powerful shower with hot water. Process for getting into the house was fine, we had no need for direct contact with the owners. If you want an affordable base from which to explore Belfast, you could certainly do worse. Happy to recommend on that basis.

This is a fab property! Very clean and stylish with spacious rooms and private toilet. There’s a shared kitchen which is handy too! The location is very central and there are shops/pubs within walking distance. Joleen and Katty were very helpful pre check in, during and afterwards and were always available on the phone. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Looks good in the photos but doesn’t quite live up to them. Can’t really complain for the price but it wasn’t particularly clean. There was no heating on when I arrived so the room was absolutely freezing - I had to keep my coat on while I waited for the radiator to heat up. Not a great first impression.

Good location about a mile from the city centre, off Lisburn Road. Great decor and fresh finish. Comfortable bed. Very good communication from proprietors about checking in arrangements, sorting out attraction tickets and making useful recommendations for our stay.

Efficient and attentive management
Despite the initial mis-communication, the management has managed to impress me to give them a five-star at the end of stay. Booking through this site was easy and straight forward. I got email instructions to check-in and then found out the extra bed we booked was not there. As soon as we got in touch with the management, it was sorted within half an hour. The rest of the seven nights stay just went smoothly and comfortably. It has all the basics we need. The location is perfect as we are within walking distance to city centre, to join site-seeing tours and surrounded with great eateries. I thoroughly recommend this Accommodation.

The property is close to the city centre and easy access to public transport. Park is on the street and didn't have any trouble getting a space near the unit. Some local restaurants and convenience store near by. Overall good value for the location.
