Alloggio di lusso nell'antico villaggio di coach di Belford a metà del Northumberland

Bank View è una delle tre case vacanza recentemente convertite da McLaren Holiday Cottages, che offre spaziose camere completamente attrezzate e lussuosamente arredate per un massimo di quattro adulti o una famiglia di quattro persone più bambino.
Convertito da una parte del vecchio edificio della Barclays Bank nel 2014, Bank View è ormai lontano dalle sue vecchie giornate bancarie, è stato trasformato con gusto per dare una casa calda, spaziosa e accogliente. Un completo make over, con tappeti e pavimenti nuovi di zecca, nuova cucina completamente attrezzata, nuovo bagno, guardaroba, mobili in rovere di qualità, nuovi letti di buona qualità e decorazioni leggere.

La vecchia e sicura porta della Banca dà accesso a un generoso corridoio che conduce al guardaroba con servizi igienici / lavabo e nell'ampio open space soggiorno, cucina e zona pranzo. Le ampie finestre offrono viste sulla piazza del mercato, sul centro del paese e sulle colline circostanti.
La cucina dispone di nuove moderne unità da cucina con piani in rovere massello con una gamma di elettrodomestici di qualità integrati tra cui forno / grill, piano cottura, forno a microonde, frigorifero con vano congelatore e lavatrice / asciugatrice.
C'è un tavolo da pranzo in rovere per un massimo di 4 commensali con ampie stoviglie, posate e bicchieri, oltre a fornire tutto per il normale uso della cucina.

Una comoda seduta è ideale per rilassarsi guardando la smart TV / DVD JVC, usando il wifi o ascoltando la musica sul lettore iPod.

Al piano superiore ci sono due comode camere da letto, entrambe dotate di ampi armadi a muro e nuovi mobili in rovere. Uno ha un comodo letto matrimoniale e l'altra camera ha due letti singoli che possono essere costituiti come un letto king size. Lussuosa biancheria da letto in cotone egiziano a 400 conte, calda d'inverno e fresca d'estate.

Anche al piano superiore c'è un bagno di famiglia con vasca da bagno con doccia con asciugamani di qualità Cristy forniti per il vostro soggiorno.

Il parcheggio gratuito è disponibile nelle baie di fronte e di fronte al Market Place.
Nei mesi estivi c'è un Village Pop Up Market mensile con bancarelle che vendono prodotti fatti in casa.

Bank View è anche in posizione ideale per guardare le festività di Capodanno, oltre a luci di Natale Belford sono incantevoli.

Short break

The directions we were given were very accurate and we found the accommodation easily. Belford is a pleasant wee place with a pub and hotel as well as a co-op, a few shops and a tea room. Everything, in fact , that made our stay relaxing. The village is very central for walking or sightseeing which added to our enjoyment.The accommodation was clean and modern and guests are well catered for as regards kitchen equipment, towels etc. There is, however, no dishwasher, but as there was only two of us, this did not cause much of an inconvenience. All-in-all we had a very pleasant stay .

Clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped accommodation, central for touring the area from Berwick to Alnwick. Just a pity there is no garden to sit out on a sunny evening nor private parking, but this was understood when booking and not a deal breaker. Not suitable for someone with mobility issues. The village is short on shops but the handy Coop provides for most needs. Regular bus services, quiet roads, pretty villages, stunning views. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Accomodation.

We had a great stay, lovely and clean. Thank you for the welcome pack. Great base to visit the surrounding area. There is a village shop that sells lovely produce, and the Swan pub is a very friendly. Great chip shop . If we come back to Northumberland we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect half-term stay in Belford

We've been to the area several times but this was our first time staying in Belford and it is such a charming little village with very close proximity to Bamburgh, Seahouses and many Northumberland attractions. The house itself had everything we needed. Our host was very accommodating in helping us to arrange an online shop to be delievered when we had checked in. However, there were lots of welcome touches already in the house such as toilet roll, washing up liquid, cooking oil etc. The house was very clean and homely. We managed to cook several meals there to keep costs down and spent our days at the beach and wandering around the beautiful coast. The village is peaceful and quiet. There is a pub next door - this was a bonus for us. We dont nit experience any issues with noise. We would highly recommend a stay here. British holidaying at its best. Thanks so much.

Excellent accommodation

Overall excellent accommodation and we felt very welcome. The only niggle we had was the location relative to the local pub, and the resultant noise. This was not a major problem but is something that would be useful to know about prior to staying at the address. The village itself was wonderful and we enjoyed exploring, we highly recommend the cafe. It was sad to see that everything appears to have already closed down or is struggling. I imagine at one time the village would have been full of life. We would definitely consider Belford as a destination in the future.

Excellent Accommodation

The property is well situated in the middle of Belford near to a Co-op supermarket, several pubs and bus stops. The property itself was well equipped, comfortable and very clean. We particularly appreciated the generous welcome pack and contact with the owner was easy. Although there is no allocated parking, we were usually able to find a parking spot in the square opposite or on the main street.

Lovely Holiday Apartment In Belford, Northumbria

Had a lovely short break in the quaint village of Belford. Our accommodation was superb. Modern & clean, superb for couples or families. Well stocked apartment with good parking availability outside. Our host Jacqui was excellent & many thanks to her for her generous gift of the local jam & Honey on arrival. Nice peaceful spot in a fantastic location for visiting nearby superb attractions, Lindisfarne, Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick Castle & Cragside. Village has a convenient newsagent, supermarket, pubs & museum aswell as an excellent fish & chip shop. Sunny Hill Farm & Shop well worth a visit too. Superb breakfasts on offer there & local produce to buy. Many thanks Jacqui for a lovely stay. Ewan

Lovely quiet village and close to Bamburgh

What a lovely village Belford is, close to Bamburgh, Holy Island and Berwick is worth a visit, property is lovely and close to shops, Chippy and pubs. A1 is easy access and easy to get to all local areas, would definitely come back

A week in Belford

Our stay here was lovely. The house was perfect for four adults. Its position is perfect for visiting the amazing places in Northumberland such as Lindisfarne, Bramburgh, Alnwick, Holy Island. We’ve had a great week and would love to go back. The house itself is really well equipped and more than comfortable and the village of Belford has all the amenities you could possibly need. Communication with the owner was just perfect. Highly recommended.

Great Propery

The building is converted from an old Martin's Bank and set right in the middle of the village. There are two large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Location is great for the A1 with Lindisfarne and the Northumberland coast only a short drive away. Wi-fi was fast and reliable but the smart features did not work on the TV. I am sure that Jacqui would have sorted this out if we had reported it. We strongly recommend the local fish and chip shop. We would definitely go to this property again.
