“The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. ”

Streetcar is so close as well as the Kauffman Center, Power and Light, Tmobile Arena, etc. Valeting the car was really nice too (definitely not free, but worth it on my opinion). Rooms were nice, staff was nice. Bistro food was good. The only negative thing I could say is that they give you the world's smallest trashcan in the room and then don't ever empty it. We set it out in the hallway so they could dump it/replace and they just took it...
