The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Lozari commune of Belgodère, this charming air-conditioned apartment of a surface of 35 m ² with sight to sea, with less than one kilometer of the beach, with a swimming pool, and being able to accommodate until 5 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom. We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, a pull-out bed (two beds) and a sofa bed 1 place
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha.

Outside :
- A shared unheated swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September.
- A terrace of 9 m² facing south.
- A furnished and covered terrace of 16 m² facing north with a view on the sea to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Lozari on the commune of Belgodère, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Other remarks :
- Free wifi available.
- Animals are accepted on request, for an extra charge of 50€/stay (only one animal accepted), please specify this when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Baby bed available in supplement on request to our partner on the spot: 2.50€/day; 15€/week; 20€/ 2 weeks.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
