FANTASTIC

This was THE perfect place to come and rest up in the evening while on vacation visiting my kids & grandkids. It was clean, efficient, quiet, restful -- I could not have asked for anything better. Thank you Iona for a perfect "home away from home"!

Perfect get away from everything. Located in a fabulous upscale neighborhood. Very clean and safe.

This Air B&B is perfect. We (my 2 teen grandchildren and myself) were very impressed with our say. The owner, Iona, met us upon arrival and introduced us to the apartment and everything we needed to know about our stay. All accommodations are on site. Beautiful surroundings and quiet neighborhood. Five stars on accounts!

Cozy Property

Iona was very accommodating and flexible. Prior to our trip, I reached out to Iona to find out if we could part our truck and large cargo trailer on her property. She agreed and talked with me about our options. On the day we planned to arrive, she offered to setup the pull out couch for us since she knew that we had planned to get in late. When our plans changed because of wildfires near our house, Iona took it all in stride. We eventually made it and enjoyed the cozy quarters and convenient location. My daughter especially loved having Disney+ available. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little place

Iona is a fabulous host with great concern for detail and your comfort. Definitely stay here if you want to know you will have a welcoming and detail oriented host. Place is clean and has a bunch of pleasant personality. Comfortable stay and in the exact location we needed, just 3 streets from our friends we were visiting!

20 minutes from downtown Bozeman & close to the airport. cozy 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in the living room. nice walking neighborhood with mountain views. The property owner is friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay here. Iona was very welcoming and gracious. The place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and she even had cold glass water bottles for us when we arrived. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Lovely spot in Belgrade

Ms Iona and her pup, Partner, greeted us and checked us in quickly and efficiently. The spot has a well-stocked kitchen, a comfy bed, and the main living space and bathroom were just fine. It was about a thirty minute drive to downtown Bozeman, but Belgrade had a couple of restaurants and groceries if you wanted to stay closer to “home”. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks, Iona!

Wedding Weekend Getaway

This cute upstairs one bedroom apartment was just what we (my husband, 4 year old and myself) needed as we came to Bozeman/Belgrade for a wedding. It was a 12 minute drive to downtown Bozeman. The location was easy to access and quiet. This fully loaded apartment came with all kitchen necessities, bathroom essentials, and my son enjoyed Netflix, and Disney+ while we were there. The Owner was warm, welcoming and available. She does an amazing job maintaining this property.

Peaceful

Very spacious, comfortable and clean! Located in a beautiful neighborhood, I wish I'd had more time to enjoy the area...very peaceful and serene. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals, and the private entrance is just steps from the parking area. Iona was so welcoming and friendly. I felt comfortable and safe there! Definitely worth every penny!

The host Iona was absolutely lovely! Easy to communicate with and very receptive. The place was even better then expected, fit my self (pull out couch), my dad (bedroom) and my toddler (small chaise lounge chair) just fine! Every amenity I could think of was provided (PS. her tea selection was great!). Would highly recommend and hope to visit there again!
