Unusual for a rather downscale town, but still felt authentic to the surroundings. Beautiful public spaces on all floors with scenic views. And a genuinely warm staff. ”

“My husband and I stayed at the Posada del Mar for 4 nights. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the ferry terminal, close to the supermarket and tonnes of restaurants, travel companies and shopping. The breakfast is great if you decide to take advantage of it. There is coffee and tea all day as well as water to drink. “I was very pleased with Blu Galapagos. The rooms were very clean, great view, very helpful staff. My only recommendation would be to not use the tour company in the hotel. I booked a tour after being very specific in what I wanted to see. I was assured it was possible but once I arrived the tour guide explained there was not enough time within my limited time to see what I came for. Very disappointed. “Centrally located with lots of choices to shop and eat. A block away from The Port and plenty of taxis available. The Staff was great and their breakfasts in the morning are incredible! WiFi was a little spotty but that’s the only thing I’d change. They even packed us little snack bags for our airport run!! ”
