Lovely Bellaire home across from park with beach, walk to Shorts, spa, fun games

Park Place Bellaire delivers a clean, relaxing home for you to enjoy and experience northern MI. Downtown Bellaire with all of the restaurants and shops is just steps away and the park is directly across the street which features walking/biking paths, beach, kayak drop, tennis, basketball courts and more. Golf and Skiing close by and the large, completely fenced yard with fire pit, patio and 6 person hot tub is perfect to unwind after a day of adventure. Indoor corn hole & ping pong available in heated garage during cooler months! We have 2 ring doorbells that record for security purposes only. They are on the front doors only. No cameras in the back yard or inside.

The weather was extremely hot, but the air conditioning kept the house, nice and cool throughout our entire stay. The home was very clean and there were lots of games to keep us active as the weather outside was rainy and stormy. Everything at the home was perfect. The size of the rooms, the number of bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with even some extras of a blender and a toaster. Sitting on the porch in the evening in rocking chairs was just lovely it just made for such a perfect day for us. We had 2 families stay and we had the best time! The house is equipped with more than we expected and it was great! So much for kids to do at and around the house. Looking forward to next year!

Family Michigan Trip

We are a family of 5. 15, 13, and 11 year old kids. House was bigger than what we needed but we loved the spot.Beautiful property, perfect area. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. Kayaks provided easy launching at the dock across the street. Quiet area to kayak with kids, 2 child life vests were at the property we could use. Hot tub was clean and a relaxing spot for the early morning or late evening. It was record temperature for Michigan our week, though we were thankful for the room air-conditioning units they were loud. Garage was filled with games to play like ping pong, and card/board games were available inside. About 30 minutes from Charlevoix, 60 minutes from Traverse City, and 90 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes. If you are looking for an active yet relaxing spot this is perfect. Owners were very responsive to any issues, kind and easy to communicate with. Happy we stayed!

Beyond Expectations

First there are not enough stars to rate how high of a quality listings and ownership this is. Peggy was beyond helpful and inviting. The house is EXCEPTIONAL!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The town is so cute. It’s centrally located and so beautiful. The house was cleaner than any Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at and was so beautifully decorated. I can’t put into words how highly recommended this place is for your next trip. Thank you so much for making this trip so amazing.

Adorable Place for a Girl’s Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was absolutely gorgeous and we had everything we could possibly need. There’s more than enough space (we had 10 adults), a beautiful/private backyard (equipped with 2 fire pits and a gazebo), and plenty of games to keep you busy. It’s a short walk to downtown, which is nice in case you have a few too many. Sidenote: the house was very accessible, as we ended up having a guest using a walker and they were able to maneuver around very easily.

Up North Southern Exposure

This property exceeded expectations. The indoor/outdoor decor was quaint and gave us a lovely feeling of home as soon as we walked in the front door. The attention to detail was impeccable. Plenty of indoor/outdoor games to keep all ages entertained. Beds and pillows were quite comfortable. This Florida family will rent again on our next visit!

Long Ski weekend

This house was perfect for my family and friends over a long weekend up north. The location was perfect as it was close to downtown Bellaire for shopping, food and nightlife as well as convenient to get to Schuss Mountain. We loved the house, amenities and location. The only thing we weren’t fans of were the mattresses which are VERY firm and can be difficult to get used to.
