  • Unwind in Bellaire at this marvelous chalet tucked away in 5-acres. With three bedrooms featuring two king beds, a bunk bed, and a full bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, including one with a relaxing bathtub. The cozy living room offers a comfy sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or a quiet night in. Heating and AC keep the cottage comfortable year-round. Generac generator for Michigan's unpredictable weather. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Bellaire and our terrific cottage has to offer.
    Offered in the rental: Kitchen: Gas stove, oven, microwave, and fridge. Fully stocked with pots/pans, plates, glasses, utensils, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and crockpot.

    Living Room: 55" QLED Smart TV with Amazon Firestick and gas fireplace

    Bathrooms: The main level bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.

    Main Floor Bedroom 1: King size bed with memory foam mattress, closet space, ceiling fan, reading lights, and blackout curtains

    Main Floor Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (twin bed on top, full bed on bottom with memory foam mattress) and a separate full-size bed with memory foam mattress, closet space with a dresser, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains

    Upstairs Bedroom: Private primary bedroom with king memory foam mattress, on suite bathroom, two closets with dressers, ceiling fan, reading lights, and blackout curtains

    Upstairs Loft: 46" smart TV with Amazon Firestick, couch with an additional full size sofa bed, and washer and dryer

    Outdoors: Large deck with patio table and chairs, propane grill, fire pit area with chairs, and string lights. Shed available to store skis or golf clubs. Plenty of parking for cars, boats, or ORV/snowmobile trailers. Access to the Cedar River within the neighborhood.

This property more than exceeded our expectations. The property was clean and inviting and felt like home. The host was very easy to communicate with, and we were greeted with a welcome basket. We spent a holiday weekend exploring local attractions, all within 15 minutes of the property. In our down time my children enjoyed the game and craft closet. We spent a full afternoon at the pool which was also kid friendly. Highly recommend! We can't wait to come back.

What a gorgeous place! This house has everything you could want and more for a Northern Michigan experience. We loved the "local, northern themed" goodies. Quiet, private, wooded location but still close enough to surrounding attractions, dining etc. Very clean, comfortable, up to date appliances and decor. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would be perfect for a couple small families.Communication with Jennifer was pleasant and she responded quickly.We didn't end up using the pool/hot tub pass but that area is also nice.Plenty of parking.We will be checking availability for the next time we are visiting the area for sure!
