4 posti letto. Condominio condominiale più basso del bagno sul campo da golf Schuss Mountain e un breve tragitto in auto o 10 minuti a piedi dalle piste da sci.
Entra in una cucina completa con frigorifero, fornelli, forno e microonde. Cucina completamente attrezzata per preparare i pasti. Un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 4. Seggiolone per bambini disponibile su richiesta.
Il letto Murphy king size tira semplicemente giù dal muro. Nuovo materasso molto confortevole.
Le porte della stalla separano la cucina dalla zona giorno per fornire privacy in entrambe le stanze. Soggiorno accogliente ha un nuovo comodo divano letto queen size nuovo di zecca. TV da 42 pollici. I soffitti e le pareti insonorizzate bloccheranno qualsiasi rumore dall'alto.
La porta scorrevole si apre su un ponte carino che si affaccia sul campo da golf e ha una vista del volto della montagna.
Un grill a gas e sedie sono forniti per gli ospiti.
Abbiamo Wi-Fi che funziona alla grande.
Questo condominio è perfetto per una coppia o una famiglia di 4 persone.

We arrived on Sunday June 1, 2025 at 4:30 to a very dirty house. The cleaners came at 4:35 and they were there for about one hour. The house was still dirty. Used eyelashes were stuck to the shower wall. A dead bird by the back door. Broken stool. the floors were incredibly dirty as were the bathrooms. Very old pots and pans. Flat sheet instead of a fitted one that wouldn’t stay on the bed. One pillow didn’t even have a pillow case. We were very disappointed with this property’s condition. Please see the pictures I have included. We believe we are entitled to at least a half refund for this rental. We ended up going to a hotel for the last two nights of our trip. We have been using VRBO for 15 years and have never been this disappointed. Thank you for your consideration.

Didn’t use the area pools. Very serene and relaxing. I’m sure it’s awesome when it snows. Very cute for a couple but would not be comfy for more than that. I was confused by the old school coffee maker. No filters so we bought some. Thought for sure there was a Keurig style pot since there were pods for one lol we left the filters for the next person. Would still recommend!

We came from Southeast Michigan, for our anniversary weekend and for the experience of a Fall color chair lift ride at Schuss Mountain. This little resort condo was perfect for our needs, right in the Schuss Mountain complex and a good base for exploration of Fall color drives and Lake Michigan in the Northwest.

We enjoyed staying at your beautiful condo. The grounds are stunning! During our stay we enjoyed the fireput in the evening and the outdoor pool and amazing view at Village Summit. The BBQ was out of gas and burner is broken (rusted in half) and needs to be replaced. We would also recommend a lighter to start a fire in the fireput. Other than that, we loved your condo and we will rent again.

We were looking for a place near torch lake and this was it! About a 15 minute drive to the beautiful lake. We didn’t use any of the properties amenities because we came for the lake. Home was very nice.

The futon/pull out couch was broken, the smoke detector was randomly going off, the pool at the property was not working…it was not good.

The host communicated well and offered details for finding the location. The condo is located on a golf course and the area is nice. This is a small space and I would definitely not recommend for more than two adults. Everything appeared clean with the exception of the window A/C unit. When we opened the door it was very musty, at first we thought it was just humid. Once we got inside it was clear that the smell was mold related. Looking around the condo we didn’t see evidence of mold. Peeking into the A/C unit duct was wet dark mold. Not a ton visible but the smell was incredibly strong. The A/C unit is near the front entry and air circulation in the condo was poor as there is no central fan/vebts. The bedroom was at least 10 degrees higher than the room next to it with the A/C unit. Also, the WiFi router was unplugged so there was no wireless. Not a big deal, just plugged it in. Less tech savvy people may have needed assistance. We wouldn’t revisit this location. If the mold is remediated, this would be 3-4ish stars in my opinion.

We were in yown for a wedding. The wedding events kept us busy, but it was nice to have a cozy place to settle in for our down time. We would definitely recommend staying here and will consider it for future trips.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in early June. We visited the Torch Lake/Charlevoix/Petoskey area during our stay, and all were very accessible from this condo! This condo would also be a great place to stay if you are golfing nearby or skiing at Shanty Creek. The condo was clean and had everything you might need! Would recommend this condo to other couples as a cozy, renovated, place to stay!
