Since you're right on the resort you'll be steps away from two resort pools, several restaurants, Starbucks Coffee, night life, and the tubing hill...all within a very brief walk. If you want to explore Shanty Creek's other villages or Downtown Bellaire, the FREE shuttle service is located nearby.

The place and the location were great! We wish there was a bigger dining table (It only fits around 6). The pull-out couch was not super comfy either.

Great location but pet hair everywhere

This is a great unit but overall it JUST misses the mark for a perfect stay. Some of the furniture is in disrepair, and the kitchen could use some more pots/pans/utensils. Those are minor issues but the big issue I had from our weekend is the fact that while the listing clearly says no pets allowed, our clothes and belongings became COVERED in pet hair during our stay. I would 100% stay here again but I really hope the owner works to coordinate with the housekeeper on their cleaning standard and with renters on their pet policy.

Family Getaway

Beds were very comfortable, including the Murphy bed. The condo was well stocked with bedding, towels, kitchen items. We had an issue with the smoke detector going off in the night, randomly. When we contacted the owner, he came and fixed it the next day. The showers were good. The toilet in the queen room was sluggish. It would have been helpful to have a few more dishtowels and a scrubber to clean off the pans before going in the dishwasher. Overall, we would stay here again.

Our stay

This was our second time staying here. We love the location. The place fits our family size very nice. We did have a couple minor proplems. I tried to reach out to the property owner but they never replied which was not normal. Normally they reply whenever i have a question.

Great Host!

We had an amazing time at this condo. It was clean, convenient to everything and the host was always quick to respond when there was a question. The only downside to it for us, having children, was that we had to drive to do laundry. We would definitely stay there again though!

Shanty creek condo

The condo unit was fine. A few burned out light bulbs and a few spots on the carpet but nothing major. We love the area. Lots to do and good food places in the area

Had everything we needed for 10 people

Overall the condo had everything we needed for 10 people. The property had a pass to the hotel pools and we were 15 minutes from Torch Lake which was a plus. Rick was very nice and sent easy instructions for check in. There are a few things that could have made the stay a 5. The pullout couch definitely needs replaced and the property said no pets but there seemed have dog hair on couch and carpet. It would have also been nice to have a couple more towels, but overall we did enjoy our stay and would stay again.

Summit village condo

It was an excellent VRBO experience. Very spacious condo for 9 of us. The pool and hot tub were in the same building. Just down a flight of stairs and that was fantastic. Warm pool water as well. Loved this location. Had to communicate with Rick regarding a couple of things and he was super helpful and extremely timely. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Really fantastic weekend getaway.

Ski weekend

Perfect ski weekend . Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Very clean. Conversation with owner was pleasant and responded quickly. Would recommend.

Best renting experience I’ve ever had

Our experience with this place was absolutely fantastic. The communication with the owner was excellent and the place itself was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were extremely comfy, the living room was a spacious place to hangout and it was so nice to have the 3 bathrooms! We would definitely stay at this place again.

Great spot

We loved our stay! We had 2 families with children. Location was convenient to many attractions. Located right next to tubing hill and short drive to the slopes. The kids loved having the pool and hot tub just steps away. Rick communicated everything with us, which was nice! Thanks for a great vacation.

Last Minute Ski/New Years Trip.

Location was great from the start. Perfect location with easy access to everything we had planned. Ski hills, tubing, hotel etc. Enough room for two families of 4, private enough for teens both male and female. Host was on point with communication from booking to checkout. 5 star
