“Great accomodation, close enough to town but also on the way to coastal locations. Host has put in some very thoughtful touchs such as automatic hallway lighting (to see where you're going during the night), filtered water on tap, chargers for all phones types in the bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and generally, accomodation that feels like a home. Interactions with the host were non-intrusive and felt like we were interacting with a caring host compared to a sterile hotel. ”

“Cafes, beach and parklands close by. Pet friendly but the yard is very small with no grass. We loved having it as our base to explore the area. The surrounding units were quiet so it was a very peaceful area to stay.”

“The photos of the property on Wotif somewhat misleading, the outdoor area was very dirty not has not been attended to for some time. The inside was ok but not as per photos. Did not receive check in code, was close to having to source another accommodation but finally receive code from host and check in was delayed.”

Only a 10 minute walk from great coffees, even shorter walk to a great lunch place and a quick drive to the dog beach. “Pelicans is a fabulous place to stay. We found it very welcoming, and check-in was easy. The location is fantastic being close to the main street, but also peaceful and relaxing. A lot of time and care has gone into the property and its very well presented and clean. The hosts have included lots of thoughtful touches that certainly made for a pleasurable stay.
