Building has heat and AC, all toilets have built in bidets. The large Samsung TV in the living room is hooked up to the internet but can also be used as a monitor/display for any device with an HMDI output (laptop or gaming console) or that has Samsung Direct wireless capability.

Building was purchased and remodeled by a recently retired veteran from Iowa to be a convenient meeting place for extended family coming from Washington, Idaho, Montana, Illinois, and Ohio. It is right across the street from a challenging 9-hole golf course (well maintained, good topography and distances), with good shopping and grocery options nearby (including a Walmart super center 10min away).
