“Front door still have note making everyone wear mask inside the public area.
Front desk staff was wearing gloves and mask while checking us in.
Front lobby has overwhelming air freshener to hide the stinkyness of the facility.
The room given to us was 311 and the front and back door had grease stain.
Worst is, the toilet seat still had hair and the toilet bowl had poop stain. Gross!!!!
We immediately left the room and told the staff the issue. I showed her the pictures and asked me to email it...

“When we arrived, we found both beds had traces of blood on the bedsheets, it was disgusting when we went to the front desk and asked for new sheets. The guy was very rude. The next day I asked to speak to a manager, she initially offered to compensate us. but then change her mind because we chose to still stay with them. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a hotel. this place is beyond horrible.”

“Had a three night stay at Sonesta, the hotel was clean, staff was great, breakfast was good, and the room was excellent. The airport shuttle was being serviced when I was leaving and staff was kind enough to order an Uber for me. Definitely a must stay if you ever visit Nashville.”

“Front desk was very slow although nice. Only one person there to handle everything. Property was not in top shape and it appeared a few homeless people were using the facilities. The area around didn’t seem too safe. Room door was not very secure or sealed and refrigerator didn’t work very well. ”
