“Terrible. Hallways stunk of urine and musty carpet. Hallways were unconditioned in 100 degree weather. Bottom of bathroom sink in room 354 is cracked. The shower only had one temperature....scalding. The mattress was cheap, sprung, and ridiculously bouncy. The room phone did not work. There was no alarm clock, which is normally not a big deal, except there is not even one USB port in the room. In 2026. “The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.”
