Hotel storici a Belleville

“Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.”

“Bellissimo appartamento dotato di tutto. Bella terrazza con molto verde e sempre arieggiata. Posizione perfetta, proprietario disponibile. In breve, soggiorno perfetto, tornerò sicuramente.”

“The apartment was quite spacious, very clean and well maintained. It was located very close to the metro, shops and places to dine. The host sent perfect instructions ahead of time on how to access the home so we could get in without delay after a busy travel day, much appreciated. Highly recommend.”

“Accoglienza gentilezza posizione”

“Gentilezza e cortesia del personale dell'albergo ”

“Perfect Paris apartment! We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. We were a family traveling with our 3 boys and the apartment was fantastic. Decorations were just as it looks in pictures, beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone, the air conditioning was really nice to have in the summer heat. The kitchen is perfect for a quick meal. Rue Montorgrueil is a short walk for amazing bread, pastries, restaurants. Monoprix is across the street for all grocery needs. Metro stop across...

“Amazing location. Both bedrooms are located in the basement as well as bathrooms. A/C is only in 1 room in the basement. Property management company is not quick to respond, follow up nor follow through. As often as I am in Paris, I will not book through this company again.”

“Hotel molto bello in zona molta comoda e prestigiosa.

“Carlos is fantastic. Loved the apartment and location”

“Very comfortable”

“Amazing location only a 4 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.I had read the previous reviews, so knew it was small, but probably didn’t expect it to be so small that we had to rearrange furniture to open the sofa bed. In the end, it really was just a place to sleep, and it was surprisingly quiet at night, given the area. The bathroom needs a good refresh, but everything worked well and was clean. The washing machine was a plus, but a drying rack would have been useful.I would recommend this apartment...

“This place was wonderful! Great location. The apartment was very clean. There was lot of space in the property. The host was very responsive to any questions”
