“I booked an ADA-compliant room, but “compliant” seems to have been doing a lot of heavy lifting. There was barely enough room to maneuver a wheelchair between the furniture, and the phone to call the front desk was mounted at floor level. The bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke from the moment we walked in. Then, while taking a shower, I noticed dirty footprints on the floor and realized the walls and floor were coated in a sticky layer of nicotine residue. Check-in was tedious....
