“Stay was interrupted all through the night by kids running up and down the hallway, cursing doing TikTok‘s knocking on doors running the staff wasn’t as helpful as the manager stated he would come up and look around to see what he saw but every time he came mysteriously, they were out of sight so we didn’t get much sleep his excuse was quiet time starts at 11 PM which I’ve never heard and I also didn’t see any activities or anything open at 11 PM within the building.”

“There’s signs posted all over the desk explaining to dial “0” or ring the bell for assistance. I immediately notice a sign on the counter in bold red letters saying “NO HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE” which should’ve been my immediate red flag.
