“I cant say enough good things about front desk staff. Very pleasant and helpful, especially A young lady named Paige. She even went to our room after check-in to make sure it was clean!
Bad was returning to our room after being out for the day was that by 7:30 pm our room had never been cleaned. I was not happy as I had tipped house cleaning the prior day. Luck for us, Paige did bring us clean towels. Rest of stay was great

“The toilet would not shut off after a flush until you messed with the handle. The bathroom sink was clogged didn’t know till washed hands and sink filled up. Was told we should have told maintenance when we checked in Sat . Didn’t know there was an issue till after our concert at 2 am and then know one there to do anything for us. ”
